We don’t blame it all on some sort of a conspiracy theory, and won’t suggest to “Go and live off the grid” for example, but rather suggest numerous ways to live and thrive exactly where you are by making smart choices when it comes to your health and well-being.
Welcome! My name is Violet. I am a holistic and sports nutritionist, certified personal trainer, a recipe developer, food photographer and a lover of all things health and fitness. Thank you for visiting my site! I started developing my healthy recipes years ago while working with my personal training clients and it quickly became a big part of my life. I love creating recipes that you find success with in your own kitchen, and I love working on improving our healthy lifestyles, together.
In the Holistic BluePrint kitchen you will find hundreds of delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free, artificial additive free and soy-free recipes. There are also vegetarian dishes, portable breakfast ideas for those hectic mornings (no more excuses to skip on breakfast!), meals that are ready in under 30 minutes and paleo-friendly recipes.
